Theflooringstore.co.nz allow client return products 14 days after the day of delivery for a refund but that’s can’t accept with any of special products.

Please following returns term & condition:
1) Contact or email theflooringstore.co.nz (FLOORCO TRADING LTD.) customer service team, let us know your order number or invoice number.
2) Goods must be unused and is “as new”, the items must be no damaged and unopen. Can’t return if any damaged or used.
3) Any you are responsible for returning the goods to us at you must pay the freight cost.
4) Theflooringstore.co.nz(FLOORCO TRADING LTD.) will be charge 15% of returns goods restocking fee.
5) Theflooringstore.co.nz(FLOORCO TRADING LTD.) will refund within in 14 working days.
6) Special goods can’t accept with returns.
If the products arrive with a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Services team immediately and we will make all the necessary arrangements to have the goods replaced.
TheFlooringstore.co.nz allow client cancel order within in 48 hours if the goods not pick up. But if freight company pick up from theflooringstore.co.nz warehouse, theflooringstore.co.nz can’t cancel order. Please note, before cancel order, please contact or email theflooringstore.co.nz(FLOORCO TRADING LTD.) customer service team, and please let team know your “name”, “phone number”, “invoice number”, “order number” ,”delivery address”.
We are only able to accept back orders if the product:
-This an item is we are sell, “we” that’s mean Theflooringstore.co.nz( FLOORCO TRADING LTD.)
-This item is returned in full packs.( Unused, Unopen, as new, package perfect condition )
-Is an item we keep in stock in one of our warehouses.
